Hidden match let to an unsafe, shady hotel

After payment, our storage host was revealed to be the Bufes Hotel in Ortakoy. Nearly 100% of the dozens of Google Reviews of this place go like this: "scammers" "stole my money" "entered my room without permission" "absolutely filthy" "damp" "moldy". Not the sort of place anyone--or any Internet brokering platform--should be trusting their luggage with. I ended up making a separate booking (the first, of course, was nonrefundable) at another place a few miles away because it was urgent to store luggage somewhere. This would have been a predicatably dangerous situation, and RadicalStorage should not have this site but also must create a quick process to reject the match after payment.
