The app should have a way to work offline too when you pick up your luggage. After all, it's just a qr-code. I had an Internet issues and spent 20 minutes to get my luggage back. If I knew I'd have taken a screenshot (maybe we can tell the user to do that, just in case). It wasn't super easy to find because the GPS would bring me to another building. Also, it could be closer to the actual station. Overall, it's not bad but I wouldn't say it's excellent.
