車站位置顯眼，工作人員也很友善。不過通往收行李處的階梯相當陡峭，對行動不便的人來說不太方便。此外，行李存放似乎沒有任何秩序，我回來取行李時花了一段時間才找到自己的。因此，若要搭火車，請務必提早抵達；由於存放室裡堆滿了行李，或許值得準備一個醒目的標籤以便辨識。但除此之外，一切都很不錯。

Easy to find opposite station and friendly staff. However access via steep stairs so not great for anyone with a mobility problem. Also didn’t seem to be any order to storing the bags and it took a while to find mine when I returned to collect it. so make sure you arrive in plenty of time if catching a train and may be worth having a bright identifying tag as the room was full with bags. But otherwise everything was good.

The location is super, near the station. The staff is pro active and supportive. I had problems going down the stairs and without request they supported me.

Pratique, proche de la gare, efficace. Le lieu de stockage est en face de King's cross Station, une rue à traverser, un escalier de 1 étage à descendre et là quelqu'un vous prend le bagage et le range dans des racks. Vous le récupèrerez avec le ticket qu'il vous donne.
