与所提供的服务相比，价格偏高。我们把行李放在酒店大堂，扫描二维码很快捷。然而，当我们几个小时后回来时，行李就放在酒店大堂里，没有被动过。我们来取行李时，他们也没有检查任何东西。同样，我们还看到其他旅客的行李也堆放在我们的行李旁边。总的来说，把行李放在一个不安全的地方，花的钱比预期的要多。为了把行李放在酒店大堂的地板上，我们花了不少钱。

The price is high for the service offered. We dropped our bags at a hotel lobby and it was quick to scan the QR code. However, when we returned hours later the bags were just sat in the hotel lobby and hadnt been moved. They also didn't check anything when we came to collect. We similarly saw other groups of people's bags left in piles next to ours. Overall it cost more than expected for just leaving our bags in an insecure location. We paid a lot just to leave our bags on a hotel lobby floor.

I kept my luggage there while staying in Krakow. Everything went smoothly — my luggage was kept safe and nothing was missing. Special thanks to the staff as well: when I came to collect my bags, they kindly let me repack.
