It was impossible to find the storage location. And no one was picking up the phone. Hence, despite having paid NZD 22 for the storage, I had no choice but to find another vendor. I won’t be using Radical Storage again

來港遊客的絕佳選擇！ $5NZD就可以買1天1袋。很棒的價格！雖然有點難找，但是往「Snow/Ski」店的方向走，就可以找到行李寄存處。

Awesome option for incoming tourists! $5 NZD for 1 bag for 1 day. Great price! A little hard to find but head in towards the “Snow/Ski” shop - ask for luggage storage.

首先，我没有收到确认邮件。我不知道要把行李送到哪里，但钱没了，就去网站上找吧。网站上说皇后镇没有地点。回到我的垃圾文件夹，没有邮件。谷歌搜索 radical storage，找到皇后镇的一个地址。外面没有招牌，看起来完全是另一家公司。我终于找到了它，可爱的工作人员帮我取回了行李，但之前的准备工作真是糟糕透了。

Firstly, I didn’t get a confirmation email. Had no idea where I was dropping the luggage off to, but hey, the money was gone, so I’ll go to the website. Website says there are no locations in Queenstown. Go back to my junk folder, no emails. Google radical storage and find an address in Queenstown. No signage outside, it looks like a completely different business. Once I finally found it, lovely staff to help collect the bags, but what a shitty stressful lead up to it.
