Very good and safe service in a super central area

El principal inconveniente es el acceso, bastante poco visible al estar en una segunda planta y dentro de una tienda de menaje, lo que dificulta encontrarlo. Aun así, la ubicación es excelente, en el centro, y cumple bien su función para guardar maletas.

Very hard to find the location as it’s upstairs in an office at the back of store. Staff were very helpfuk

A little difficult to find but process was simple once we got there and showed them that we had paid online. Luggage was kept secure until pick up.

Overall a very good experience. It’s a little bit hard to find the location but if you ask the workers there on the 2nd floor even if they don’t speak English they will show you where to go.

Four stars instead of five because: - nobody speaks English, only Polish. Very difficult to explain ourselves, Polish language Is a Nightmare. - the place Is very difficult to find, like a treasure hunt. Nobody knew about It, at least in the market at the ground floor, and even at the second floor (where It Is locate) not everybody knew about It. No sign, no arrows...I understand the security needs...but It Is too much secured. 😉
