When you first walk in, the place does not promote confidence, they aren't just a storage place, they just put the luggage behind the counter, and while they are doing things, they walk around your bags...they assured us everything will be fine...we were worried more about breaking some fragile things we bought...But everything worked out fine. one thing to note, it says on their website that its open til 7pm, but the close at 5pm...we were very happy this service worked, so we could enjoy our daytrip in Verona...very close to Train station, about 10 minutes...
