Booking and paying through the app were quick and easy. Important: the app doesn't ask for payment confirmation; it simply charges your card. There is NO storage room at the train station in Treviso! You must go to the town. The nearest storage is located at Cafe Filo. Luggage is accepted and returned by waiters. They are very friendly, but you have to wait while they serve customers: make coffee, cocktails, etc. Therefore, if you're late for transport (train or bus), you may be late. Or arrive early.

Easy to find and the staff were very friendly and helpful. An excellent service and invaluable when our flight was in the evening and we had to check out of our AirBnB in the morning.

Easy to find and super friendly staff.

Everything went smoothly. They helped show me which mobile app to download and then the package delivery went quickly. The package pickup was also smooth, I didn't have to wait long for it.

The location at WOOD in Treviso is ideal. As there are no facilities at the airport to store luggage, we had a whole day to kill before our flight and didn't want to haul our cases all around the beautiful city: leaving them somewhere so central was a no-brainer. The team at WOOD are super friendly and helpful. They were fully expecting us, and scanned the QR code, locked our luggage away and that was it. On our return, they were happy to call a cab for our journey to the airport Thanks guys!!
