The web site fees are more expensive. We got our taxi almost to the door. We paid for 3 bags via the web at 6 euro each. When we arrived, we had 2 cabin bags plus we planned to put 2 day bags together in one large plastic bag. We were not allowed to do this, as it was deemed a “sack”, and not covered. The day bags at the facility were only 4 euro each - not 6. There was no offer to discount the second day bag. The lady was pleasant but loud and inflexible.

It was a little bit unconforrabel not knowing in advance where we have to go. Anyway the service was perfect.

Really happy we booked our luggage here. It was easy to find and to short walk to taxi and buses. Would use again.
