Booking was simple, the check in not so good and collection terrible. Booking, £1.75 is added to cost for non optional insurance fee! booked quickly and received info and qr code. Check in - the store to drop off bag for storage, my bag was taken, no questions asked not even to scan the QR Code, left me slightly worried if it would be there on return Collection - bag was given after I was surrounded by 3 shop staff asking to show me the price I paid as it's their commission - quite scary

Booking process good. Do not recommend this shop as a place to leave luggage. It’s a corner shop very close to Kensington Palace. Staff not very friendly, didn’t scan my barcode when I left the bag. When I picked it up, again did not scan my barcode and just asked me to point out my bag. Was supposed to have been taken downstairs but was actually just at the back of the shop. Bag was ok but didn’t feel very secure to me. Also tried to charge me a surcharge on collection, trying it on. Not great

Se trata de una tienda de comestibles. Todo bien y sin problema. Radical Storage actúa como intermediario: anuncia 5 libras por bulto pero luego cobra 6,75 porque añade por su cuenta un seguro y una tasa de no sé qué. No te dicen la dirección hasta que no pagas en línea.
