Staff member was not very helpful when we could not load the code onto our phone as the image refused to open. He said he had to have the code only and did not offer another way of locating our booking.; so we had to send it to another phone to open it. We did this in silence as he stared at us which was unnerving. Also we only wanted to store our luggage for a few hours but had paid £16 online only to see cheaper rates for less hours posted on the door. Total rip off and misleading
