No fuss in accepting my bags, easy to access and find.

Dropped it off at Ezymart location, I checked in my bag, he just left it sitting there on the ground talking on his phone. I asked where it was getting stored, he pointed to a separate room. In the end I had to ask if he could take my bag in the storage area rather than just sitting in the shop front before I left. It didn’t seem like he was going to move it, and there was difficulty picking it up as well and now my inbox is getting spammed. Probably won’t use this again.

Amazing! Such a safe and inexpensive option for storing your luggage. Staff member was very helpful and friendly!

It’s ok, nowhere on the site does it say that your luggage will be stored in the back room of the ezy mart by a bloke. Who acts like he’s doing you a favour- yes it’s cheap and it’s secure enough I guess but it would be good to know
