寄存和取件都很方便。一定要确保工作人员扫描了二维码，因为第二天应用程序上显示我尚未取件，需要补缴额外一天的费用。后来通过在线聊天顺利解决了问题，没有产生任何额外费用。总体来说，我推荐这款服务 🙂

Łatwe pozostawienie i odbiór bagażu. Trzeba dopilnować, aby wydający bagaż sczytał QR Cody, gdyż w aplikacji następnego dnia pojawiła się informacja, że nie odebrałam bagażu i należy dopłacić dodatkowy dzień. Udało się wszystko bezproblemowo wyjaśnić na chacie i nie było żadnych dopłat. Ogólnie polecam 🙂

行李寄存处还不错，离车站大约有 7 分钟的路程。我们去取行李时，储藏室的门敞开着，没有人检查我们是否拿对了行李。结果，我们拿了行李就走了，好像没人管。

Bag drop off was okay, the wall was about 7min from the station. When we went to pick up, the storage doors were left wide open and no one checked to make sure that we were taking to correct bags. As a result we just took our bags and left, it seemed like a free for all.

位置很好找，从比萨火车站沿路走过去只需 5 分钟。工作人员热情好客，为我们指明了存放行李的地方。行李寄存处就在接待处旁边。感觉足够安全，但没有任何标识说明谁的行李箱是谁的，所以感觉有人可以拿走任何行李箱。物有所值。理想之选，值得推荐:)

Easy to find, just 5 minutes down the road from Pisa Station. Helpful staff member who showed us where to store it. Luggage storage was just off the reception area. Felt secure enough, however there was no identification to say whose suitcase was whose, so felt like someone could take any suitcase. Good value for money. Ideal, would recommend :)

Booking experience was outstanding. It was a very easy transaction. The gentleman that received our luggage was very knowledgeable. I was out of the office and went on my merry way in less than 5 minutes. Same thing happened when we retrieved our luggages. The lady was very easy to deal with.
